All necessary steps and requirements you have to know to apply for the WAREM Program

Application period for fall 2022/23: 15.11.2021 - 15.2.2022.

This applies to German applicants as well!

Please note: The State of Baden-Württemberg will charge study fees for international students who are not citizens of an EU country to the amount of 1500 EURO per semester.

Applicants who already hold a Master’s degree, will not be considered.

Application requirements

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • University transcript (original translated (English or German) and validated)
  • University Diploma (original translated (English or German) and validated)
  • Letter of University indicating maximum/minimum grading system
  • Motivation letter
  • Results of your English proficiency examination  - English as medium of instruction is not accepted!!
    Please note: Native speakers from USA, Ireland, UK, Australia, Nea Zealand and Canada are exempted

  • Recommendation letter(s)
  • Working Certificate(s)

Applicants from China, Vietnam, Mongolia

Applicants from the above mentioned countries have to submit an APS (akademische Prüfstelle) certificate issued by the German Embassy in the applicant's home country.

Please note

Documents have to be translated into English or German by one of the following institutions:

  • Schools or institutes that issued your documents
  • Embassies of the Federal Republic of Germany of the country in which the certificate was issued
  • Public authorities and notaries authorized to carry out official authentications

Please make sure that copies are always translated in English or German by an accredited translator. Please note that in case of translated documents you upload in the C@MPUS Online Application Portal both, the original document (or a certified copy) and the translation (translated by an accredited translator).

If the Bachelor Degree is not available at the time of application, provide an official letter (English) issued, stamped and signed by your university that you have finished your studies and that your degree certificate will be available later on.
The original certified copy (officially authenticated) of the degree certificate has to be provided at the time of enrollment.
